Do I need to have a venue and date booked to begin working with you?

We can certainly begin the design conversation before you’ve selected a venue and/or date. However, in order to receive the most accurate proposal, it is highly encouraged that these details are finalized. Each venue and season is unique and requires different logistical and design conscious considerations.

 
 
 
 

Do you offer packages?

Our services are a la carte, as we believe every client & event is unique. We treat every event as a custom design experience and we aim to wisely use your investment by offering floral, lighting and decor services under the same roof with our comprehensive production and design team.

 
 
 

What does the labor and delivery fee include?

We have a highly skilled event production team that will deliver and set up your event. Our team will remain on site if any items need to be transferred, say from a ceremony to reception. Our team will make sure every bloom and bulb is in place, depart for the evening; and return at the end of the evening to strike and pick up rental items and design materials. In some cases, a lighting or sound technician is required to stay on site, in which case, their labor will be included in the fees outlined in your proposal.

 
 
 

What happens when I am ready to move forward with my proposal? How do I lock in the date?

Once you are happy with your proposal, we will draft a contract for you to review. We require a 50% deposit and a signed contract to secure our services, however the remaining balance is not due until two weeks before your event date. You’ll be able to continue to customize your event up until the change order date outlined in your contract.
